The AlS Association and I are seeking corporate sponsors for the Ski to Defeat AlS event  at Mt. Hood Meadows.  April 14, 2012. Our goal for sponsorship funds is $25,000.00 and through the event another $100,000.00visualcage

CMH Heli-Skiing gave $5000.00 and my goal is to match that amount by asking all my friends from around the world to donate  a minimum of $25.00.  Based on what we have recieved so far, I am sure we can reach the 5K very soon. I am now raising the bar a little higher and going for 10K.

My friend Silvie Kleiner in Switzerland donated over $1100.00 and just this morning Dave and Kelly Brown sent me the following message:

Fred,

I met you briefly at the Windsurfing Association end of season party this last Aug 31 in Hood River and was impressed with your talk and goal to raise money for ALS. I did not know if you had a 501c3 organization or not, so my wife (Kelly) and I donated $250.00 to the local ALS chapter and made the donation in your name.
