I got a recumbent bike and am planning on doing the 25 mile Ride to Defeat ALS. I think I can make 5 miles.

Hi Everyone,

While bike riding was never my thing I am compelled to participate in the ALS Association’s Ride to Defeat ALS event this Saturday July 14.

The ALS Association has been with me from the very beginning of my diagnosis They have provided me with a myriad of adaptive equipment and assisted me in navigating a plethora of issues. They continue to be by my side and everyone else afflicted with this dreadful disease. Needless to say this takes money.

Adventures Without Limits here in Oregon loaned me one of their recumbent bikes and I am ready to get out there and do the best I can. My legs are gone but I still have upper body strength. There is the 100 miles, 50 miles, 25 miles and the Fred Noble five mile (my goal).

I plan on donating $1.00 for every mile I achieve. I know that’s not much but I am doing all the work here.

All I am asking is that you match that amount by emailing me and confirm that you want to make a pledge.Watch Sugarbabies (2015) Full Movie Online Streaming Online and Download

When I get back I’ll let you know how many miles I did. Be forewarned It is possible that I may do 6 or 7 miles, I am all about exceeding expectations.

Aspire to inspire before you expire

The Fredinator
